Hello flatter tummy and short shorts (XL to M) ^
It took me almost 10 months to get this way. I didn’t only lose weight, I lost my horrible eating habits and negative thoughts about myself. I exercised 3-5 times a week and ate clean 80% of the time.
Nothing felt better than being able to fit into clothes and walking around without the irrational fear that someone might see all my fat hanging out.
If I can do it SO CAN YOU.
JUST LOOK AT THAT. Oh my gosh, I can hardly believe that that’s me in the first picture! Just look at my face, holy crap. I was probably 175-185 lbs in the first and 125 lbs in the second, 1 1/2 years apart.
Seriously, to everyone out there who’s unhappy with their bodies and health and all that, START TODAY, become dedicated TODAY. I don’t even wanna know where I’d be today if I hadn’t started when I did.
